Digital creator and Eric Omondi's partner, Lynne Njihia has shared her weight loss journey.

In a post shared on social media, the mother of one revealed that she lost 17 kg in 8 months by eating only one meal a day and cutting out carbohydrates.

"This is What 8 months of Consistency and Discipline Will Get You🥹❤️. 17KGS DOWN! It wasn’t as easy as it may seem,it literally took me sweat and tears. I feel lighter,I am healthier. It feels soo nice to be a size Small. AM PROUD OF MYSELF👏🍾🥳," she wrote.

Responding to fans, she shared that she initially weighed 71kgs and now she is down to 53.9 Kgs.

She attributed her weight loss to OMAD( one meal a day) and a no carbs diet.
