Abel Mutua And his wife Judy Nyawira Are Celebrating 16 Years Together. The couple celebrated the milestone on social media.
"Today is a special day! * It’s been 16 years since we met and 9 years of marriage-still growing stronger every day!"
In a previous interview with Lynn Ngugi, Abel Mutua praised his wife Judy Nyawira for being his greatest support system. He said his wife has been the reason behind his hardwork.
"I'd die for this woman any day because I know where I would have been without her. Even when I am broke she will ask me to let her handle everything."
Judy Nyawira, on her part, said they have managed to stick together for 15 years because they understand their roles in the relationship.
Speaking previously about their marriage, Judy Nyawira revealed that it hasn’t been all roses for them even though they are often perceived as a happy couple.
“Marriage is not for the faint-hearted. It’s the most beautiful thing, but it’s also one of the hardest things you can ever find yourself in. When you start dating, there’s always too much love between the two of you, but you can’t keep that up for 15 years. There are days when this wife or husband thing doesn’t work. Neither one wants to see the other. For us to maintain that spark over the years, we leaned more toward friendship," she said.
The two have 14-year-old daughter Mumbua.
