Kenyan rapper King Kaka has taken the Kenyan film Industry to Hollywood with his new movie Kamtupe which is set to premiere in Los Angeles today October 27th at 7pm American time.
Kamtupe,which is written and directed by King kaka will hot the screens at Comedy Nook, West Hollywood.
The film, which was shot in Nairobi, narrates a story of a government worker embarks on a rough journey to find a relative in a rough neighborhood. He is attacked by thugs and his stolen laptop contains confidential information that if leaked the whole country is in shambles.
Members of the cast are talented Kenyan actors and actresses such as Jimmi Gathu, Jeff Koinange, Femi One, Stanley Obienji, Brendah Jons, Kelvin Musili, Vincent Otieno, Joyce Maina, Zack Matasi and Fidel Maithya.
The film was prepared by King Kaka’s production house and record label Kaka Empire and Ambition media house.
