Real Housewives of Atlanta Actress Shamea Morton and her Kenyan Husband Gerald Mwangi are expecting their second child.
Shamea Morton shared the exciting news on Instagram, revealing that a surrogate is carrying the pregnancy since she was unable to.
"We’re having a baby via surrogacy!" Shamea captioned the post. "It’s been such a long journey! 7 rounds of IVF, failed transfers…etc. I wanted to carry but God had other plans. He always knows best! I’m so grateful. I’m having a baby!"
Gerald Mwangi, speaking on an interview with a radio station said he is looking forward to the birth of the child.
The couple had their first child Shya Nyambura Mwangi in 2018. Shamea had always shared the journey of her pregnancy with her fans on social media adding that she developed a new respect for motherhood.
The actress and the Kenyan businessman had their wedding at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club in 2017 after dating for three years.
