Nigerian-American singer David Adedeji Adeleke well known as Davido and his wife Chioma Rowland have tattooed each other's names on their ring fingers.
In a video shared on social media,the couple were getting their tattoos and filming the process.
This comes just a month after it was confirmed that the two got married in a private ceremony.
The couple reportedly got married in a traditional wedding ceremony which was attended by few family and friends in Davido’s father’s house, with no camera allowed. Davido also paid her bride price in full as they await a civil marriage.
It was reported that Chioma, following her son’s death, had told Davido that there was nothing more left for her to be looking at as the son that bound them together was no more. To assure Chioma of her place in his heart, the singer decided to marry her in 2022 though their wedding had been initially set for 2023.
The video of the couple getting tattoos is the couple's first significant public video since the unexpected demise of their three year old son Ifeanyi.
After the boy's death, the couple took weeks off social media. They kept off from the media until the singer's performance at the 2022 FIFA world cup.
Fans on social media are excited that the two are doing well and still have alot of love for each other.
