Kenyan singer Bahati has addressed the alleged beef between his wife Diana Marua and his baby mama Yvette Obura.
Early this month, Diana shared a post on social media appreciating her children and some fans realized Bahati's other daughter Mueni was not in the photo.
"Imagine if Mueni was there too. Whatever happened, I rebuke the spirit of separation in Jesus' Name! Let Peace reign and God Bring Back Baby Mueni home to her siblings," said one of the fans.
In her response Diana asked the fan to stop involving God where there is ungratefulness, bitterness and spite. Her response made many think Diana and Yvette had a fall out.
Speaking in an interview, Bahati said he has no idea what happened since most of the time he is offline and Diana does not involve him in her friendships.
"Nani alisema walikosana You know let me tell you, about their friendship hata siku wanapatana kushoot I don't know, sikuuliza Diana, and it's upon them."
Speaking about his marriage, he said he only has one wife and the rest is history.
"The fact remains that I have only one wife and I her name is Diana Marua, the rest is history."
The musician said that despite everything, facts remain that Mueni is his daughter and nothing will change that. He however revealed that Mueni had to change schools since her mother wanted more time to bond with her.
" Her mother requested that she moves to a school closer to her so that they can have more bonding time. It was only fair since she needs to spend more time with her mother just like her other siblings. The schools is of the same level as the school her siblings attend. Mueni visits us on weekends."
Bahati also revealed that this week was a tough one since they were mourning the loss of Diana's grandmother.
He shared that the Grandma was so close to the family since she took the responsibility of her grandkids after Diana Marua's mother passed on about 15 years ago.
