American rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus professionally known as Cardi B was impressed by a Kenyan lady who raps just like her.

Pendo Zaalik shared a screenshot of a conversation between her and Cardi B who was reacting to one of the videos Pendo had shared on social media.

"Hey Pendo washpoppin!! That was a nice video. You sound just like me. Oh shnap!! I almost thought that was me talking. See I’m scared."

"OMG thank you for replying. I love you. Much love from Kenya Cardiii,"Pendo responded.

Pendo has been sharing videos on social media imitating the WAP hitmaker from her rap skills to how she talks and fans are convinced she is the Kenyan Cardi B.

Cardi B has been receiving so much love from Kenya with many claiming to be her lookalike.

Months ago a lady identified as Nduta Mwega shared a collage of herself and Cardi B and fans had a hard time telling the difference.

She said that in 2017 her friend revealed to her that she looks like Cardi B and she has vibes like for Cardi B and that’s when it sunk in.

Nduta also released a song “Booty” and in this song she really sounds like Cardi B herself. "I am not trying to compete with Cardi B, I am simply doing this to appreciate her art," she said.
