Bamdogo has exposed Kenyan singer Bahati among other artistes for failing to honor their pledges after writing their songs. Speaking to SPM Buzz, Bamdogo shared his bitter experience with big artistes who do not pay nor recognize him as a writer.

His song writing skills goes way back when Calif records used to dominate the airwaves. While still in high school, Bamdogo wrote the song "Genge Love" by Nonini and LadyBee. He went a head and wrote songs for Bahati, Mr Seed, Ringtone, Guardian Angel, and B Classic. These artistes never paid a dime even after the songs became big.

One time, Bahati agreed to compensate Bamdogo Ksh60,000 for a writing a song, and after the song became big, Bahati never paid him nor credited him as the writer.

According to him, some artistes go ahead and lie in interviews narrating how the holy spirit appeared to them during their sleep to inspire their lyrics. He became frustrated and decide to record his own songs.

Bamdogo has now released his new song 'anakutumia' which is available on his YouTube channel. We wish him nothing but the best in his music career.
