Kenyan content creator Mtumba man has narrated a disturbing ordeal where a fellow TikTok influencer known as Peter Kioi tried to poison him. Speaking to Obinna TV, Mtumba Man outlined how Peter took advantage of his sickness and tried to poison him.
It all started when Mtumba man fell sick while having a live session on his TikTok account. He was rushed to the hospital by a well wisher who met him in a bad state. He was attended to and admitted to the hospital by the doctors.
Popular TikToker Kalausi creatives and other influencers visited him and informed people about Mtumba Man's state. He was later transferred to another hospital for further medical attention.

People, especially TikTok influencers, started to contribute money to cater for Mtumba Man's medical bills. They also brought fruits to help boost Mtumba Man's immunity, or so he thought.
Since he could not have them all, he gave them to his mother who took the fruits home with her. Mtumba Man's mum was treated to rude shock when she found the apples had been poisoned; they had poison that had been deposited using a syringe and the small holes were covered by the apple sticker. She informed her son and asked him to avoid any friends who might be coming to visit him.
Mtumba man later learned that Peter Kioi had planned to kill him so that contributions can continue. How did he know?
Peter Kioi called Mtumba Man and informed him that people had sent him around Ksh200000, which he promised to give Mtumba Man. However, Kioi still asked Mtumba man to send him Ksh5000 to go and see his friend Mc Xtian. Mtumba man innocently sent him Ksh2800.
Later that evening, Mtumba Man went live and started crying due to thoughts that someone had tried to kill him. While at it, he received threats from Peter Kioi who promised to report his account and ban it if he does not end the live.
Part of Kioi's message read, "unanidharau saa hii na may be I have the solution for this. You should involve police na siwezi kubali kuharibiwa jina bure". This was even before Mtumba Man revealed the reason why he was crying. This is how Mtumba Man knew that Peter Kioi tried to poison him.
According to Mtumba Man, Kioi's motive to poison him was to kill him so he can keep the already contributed cash and continue asking for more while his lifeless body lay in the morgue.
