The president has a firm belief in the power of art and music and it's ability to change and inspire the masses.
The plan will allow musicians from all corners of the country to have access to professional recording equipment, expert sound engineers and producers, and the resources needed to produce world-class music.
This initiative is expected to give a huge boost to the local music scene, help emerging talent to flourish, and ensure that the best of Kenyan music can be enjoyed by people around the world.
In addition to supporting artists, the initiative is expected to create job opportunities, improve the economy and enhance Kenya's cultural diplomacy.
