Kenyan Socialite And rapper Noti Flow has revealed that she  is charging fans $1000 / Ksh 160,000 to follow them back on Instagram.

Noti Flow shared a screenshot of a conversation between her and a fan on Instagram. 

The fan who follows Noti Flow on Instagram was concerned that Noti was not following them back. In response, the rapper revealed that a follow back comes at a fee and one has to pay Ksh 160,000.

" To get followed by queen Noti is $ 1000 only," she wrote.
