Kenyan rapper Stevo Simple Boy has been forced to open new social media accounts after a fallout with his previous management.

Stevo Simple Boy came to the decision after his previous manager demanded Ksh 150,000 to return his social media accounts.

The manager, Chingi Boy claimed that Simple Boy's family was fighting his efforts to help the musician and his career.

He also insinuated the singer's wife was fighting him, which was the reason he quit being his manager.

Chingi claimed that  he paid Simple Boy's former management MIB KSh 150,000 so he could retrieve the previous Instagram and YouTube.

"It was close to KSh 150,000. I had finished paying MIB because Vagar wanted KSh 300,000. I took Instagram and YouTube because Facebook was not working. I told them to forget about the songs we did and the things I did for Stivo. I do not want them. I want my share of the money I gave Vagar, he said in an interview with 2mbili.

On Instagram, Stevo said he was not able to recover his Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok accounts and he urged fans to continue supporting him as he makes a comeback.
