Tory Lanez's wife, Raina Chassagne, has officially filed for divorce from the rapper, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.

The couple had a private wedding ceremony on June 25, 2023 less than two months before Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020.

Chassagne 29 is reportedly seeking both legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Kai.

It is worth noting that Chassagne had been taking Kai to visit Tory Lanez during his time in prison.

As for spousal support, Chassagne asked that the court reserve her right to request monies from Lanez at a future date.

The Canadian rapper, born Daystar Peterson, was convicted on three felony charges: assault with a semiautomatic handgun, having a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging his firearm in gross negligence.

Despite the guilty verdict, Lanez -- who pleaded not guilty ahead of his trial -- has maintained his innocence and refused to apologize to Megan for the 2020 shooting.
