Kenyan comedian and actor Eddie Butita was spotted driving a brand new range rover days ago.
His fans on social media went ahead to congratulate him on his new ride as others admired him for buying the luxurious ride.
Butita has however taken to social media to deny owning the new car. He shared that he is amazed that he has reached a point where people don't believe him when he says the car is not his.
"Yani hii maisha imefika mahali nikisema sina range rover watu wanakataa 😂😂."
Butita claimed that the car belongs to a friend and he had borrowed it for a week.
"Waaah Yani hii Gari ni mzuri🔥 Range rover Sports is good I borrowed this car from a friend for the past few weeks and it has taught me a great lesson I need to work extra hard and buy this car soon. I'm manifesting niombeeni ninunue hii gari, mi nataka range rover niwekeni kwa maombi soon yani soon acha niendelee kuweka bidii. Nataka tu kama hii exactly. AMEN."
Fans have however maintained that the car is his and he is just taking time to share his success with the public.
