Tina, the girlfriend of Kenyan singer-songwriter, vocalist and performing artiste Mohammed Ali Said popularly known as Masauti, has apologized for cheating on him.
In a video shared on social media, Tina expressed deep remorse for her actions, acknowledging the pain she had caused Masauti.
”I am here to apologize to Masauti, I am very sorry about that. I wasn’t aware about the interview, Ilinipata tu hivyo”.
Tina also called out YouTuber Rich World for conducting the interview which caused drama in her relationship. She asked him to help her apologize to Masauti.
"And Richwrld, koma na hizo interview zako na gifts zako, Ushavunja yangu sasa unataka nifanye aje, unafaa kunisaidia kuapologize wewe ndio umeleta hii shida yote."
The drama unfolded when Kenyan content creator, Rich World, known for his daring videos where he calls people’s partners to test their loyalty, included Masauti in one of his latest episodes.
In the video, Rich World called Tina and asked her to name her boyfriend, expecting her to say Masauti. Instead, Tina gave Brayo as the name of her boyfriend.
The video, capturing Masauti’s raw emotional response, went viral, triggering a wave of reactions across social media. Fans and followers took to various platforms to comment on the situation, with some finding dark humor in Masauti’s predicament. Jokes emerged about how this heartache might fuel his next hit song.
Masauti channeled his heartbreak into music, quickly releasing “Tina,” a song that captures the pain and disappointment he felt.
