In a tragic turn of events, The bodies of missing Kenyan lady Rachael Kanini aka Kaniss and her Nigerian boyfriend Omodollar have been found dumped in a thicket in Kamulu.
Rachael Kanini and her boyfriend Omodollar were kidnapped by unknown assailants on Sunday 25th June.
Their bodies were discovered on Tuesday. They had been chopped into small pieces before being stuffed in to two sacks which were then tossed in a thicket in Kamulu, near her parent's home.
Kanini used to live a flashy lifestyle which she openly displayed on social media. Reports indicate that Kaniss and Omodollar were together for 10 years. It also remains unclear why the two were killed.
Kenyans have condemned the brutal act that took away two lives way too soon. Social media personality and blogger Simon Mwangi Muthiora Shared below post on his Facebook page.
"THIS story is terrifying. Just days after Kamulu socialite Rachael Kanini, also known as "Kaniss," and her Nigerian lover, Omodollar, were kidnapped, their dismembered bodies have been discovered, gruesomely packed into gunias. It seems they must have crossed paths with the wrong individual—their fate was no laughing matter, executed in true mafia style."
As investigations into the incident continue, police have called on members of the public with information that could help solve the mystery to come forward.
