Bahati Reveals He Has Spent KSh 33M on Campaigns, Says He Will Spend KSh 10M More on Election Day

Kenyan musician and Mathare MP Aspirant Bahati has revealed that he has spent Ksh 33M for his campaign and has a budget of Ksh 10M for elections day.

Speaking during an interview with Plug TV, Bahati said it costs around Ksh 50M to campaign as an MP in Kenya and he has raised the amount through support from his supporters as well as donations.

The musician added that he has campaigned for about 3 months since there were many obstacles especially from the zoning where Azimio la Umoja had asked him to step down for the ODM aspirant.

Bahati is hopeful that he will win the members of parliament seat on 9th August and he hopes to push his political career to the presidential level in 2037.
