Dennis Karani Gachoki who is suspected and a wanted man for shooting Samuel Mugota in Mirema last week has claimed he is innocent and someone is framing him for the crime.
Dennis Karani presented himself to the offices of Director of Criminal Investigation accompanied by his lawyer saying he has nothing to hide.
The DCI had issued a warrant for his arrest urging the public to report if they had information on his whereabout after declaring he was the man behind the shooting.
Dennis added that he had no personal relationship nor a rivalry with the victim who he had only met twice rubbishing claims by the DCI that he murdered Mugota his former boss after a fall out.
Samuel Mugota was shot last Monday in broad daylight and after investigation, there was revelation that was a criminal who made a living by connning and stealing from innocent people.
