Ringtone Apoko Cried in court today as he testified against blogger Robert Alai. The blogger is charged of causing harm to the artist and damaging his windscreen, valued at Ksh416,000 during an incident that occured on 23rd July 2021.
The two had an altercation along cotton road Kilimani, a day that the artist seemed to vividly remember as he testified before the judge in Kibera court.
The case had been adjourned in May after Alai's lawyer failed to show in court.
"Hakunigonga akiwa amenyamaza your honour, alinigonga on the right side of my neck akisema 'Ringtone nitakuua'," the singer said
