Media personality Caroline Mutoko has purchased land for her 11 and 4 year old children to start their investment journey. Caroline added that it has always been in her family to ensure the next generation does better than the previous one in terms of land ownership.
"My Grandmother never owned anything; not land, nothing. My Mother bought her first piece of real estate at 45 years. She pushed me to do the same in my 20s, Now it's my turn to get my 11yearold and 4yearold to start their investment journey.Each generation must do better than the last," she said.
After acquiring land transfer documents from the Nairobi property company, Caroline urged her children to buy even larger property in the future.
