13 year old Shanah Manjeru won the global child prodigy awards in Dubai on Saturday where she had represented the country.
Shanah was among the hundreds of contestants from all over the world including France, USA, UK, Russia, Greece, Brazil, Spain, India among others.
The young gospel artist shared the news on social media as she proudly flaunted her award certificate.
"The global child prodigy award is coming home". She wrote.
Shanah Manjeru gained recognition in 2021 when she became the youngest nominee for AFRIMA awards.
The 13 year old has also gained Disney recognition where she will host a global show produced in collaboration with National Geographic Kids Africa. Her Nairobi based cohosts will be Mysha Hodson, Marita Lucas, Railey Mwai and Adarsh Nagda.
