Kenyan socialite Agnes Chebet Kiplenge well known as Kibanja dedicated an emotional tribute to her father prominent lawyer Juma Kiplenge who was buried at his home in Muchongot Baringo county today.
In the tribute, she expressed love for her late father as she reminisced the good memories the shared together and the support he has offered her throughout.
“Daddy, we celebrate the good man you are. What you and I shared only the two of us know. Everyone around us saw the bond we had. You were so precious and unique, a guiding light in my life. You were my strength when I was weak.”
The socialite promised to do great things in her life to make her father proud and to have a good life just like he had wanted.
"Happy memories flood my mind whenever I think of you. I shall always remember the closeness that we had. I love you and I miss you so much, dad. My kind and thoughtful dad, there is so much that we will achieve and you’ll see. Your legacy, me and your mini Kevin will uphold as you watch over us. We wish you blessings, daddy. Be with us every step of the way because I know you wanted the greatest for us. I will never forget you," she said.
Lawyer Juma Kiplenge died on 7th October 2022 after short illness. He has left behind two children and his wife.
He has been eulogized by prominent people including President William Samoei Ruto as a man who fought for the rights of many.
