Dlamini Nkululeko, popularly known as the King of Squats, is in Kenya and has several tips regarding fitness and good health for women looking to achieve a big behind.

King of Squats, landed in Kenya on September 17 for a fitness show 

The South African fitness trainer had an interview at Churchill show and shared some tips for women.

He emphasized that a good diet is very important for body goals and listed some foods that should be included in a diet of a person looking to acquire a big behind.

The king of Squats advised that women should increase protein intake and their diet should include Avocado, milk, fish and meat. He however advised against eating potatoes.

While at it, he encouraged that a good diet should be followed by healthy exercises.

The trainer gained widespread attention and popularity in 2023,  thanks to his remarkable prowess in performing thousands of squats.

The fitness guru went viral on social media after a video was shared by the aerobics center where he is employed. In this viral workout video, the trainer, dressed in snug fitness attire, showcased the incredible effectiveness of his training routines.

The video triggered a wave of motivation among some viewers, especially women who expressed their aspirations to commence regular exercise routines.

Recently, he shared that his big behind is all natural and everyone in his family is built like that. He added that he doesn't mind those who mock him.

“It is all natural. My butt is the result of hard training and the intensity of my squats. Genetics have also played a part. I can’t help having a big butt, it’s my genes. Everyone in my family has one. The insults do not bother me. I know some people make fun of the men who come to my classes and say they want big butts too, but they are not looking at the men’s quads and how strong they are. They just focus on my butt."
