Flaqo has revealed that he took back the Nissan Note worth KSh 650,000 that he gifted ex-girlfriend Winnie Keranta for her 22nd birthday because it was registered in his name.
“Ile gari ilikuwa kwa jina yangu, and there was no way I could leave the car behind… The car was a convenient gift to my girlfriend; there is no ex there, one’s ex appears its X,” he said during an interview with Oga Obinna.
He explained that at the time of gifting Keranta the car, he was under the impression that the relationship was headed for marriage, and the car was a part of that shared future. However, with the relationship’s unexpected end, he felt it was necessary to sever all ties and retrieve the asset.
Flaqo clarified he only took the car and left all other gifts.
Flaqo and Keranta officially announced their relationship in February 2023 after dating for three years.
In June 2024, Flaqo seemingly confirmed break-up with the digital creator.
