Gerald Mwangi alias Makanga Bae is appealing for help after he was recently involved in a car accident.
According to reports making rounds on social media, The handsome Makanga is currently admitted at Kenyatta National hospital.
His close friends have revealed that he is currently in a coma and his leg was amputated following the accident.
They are appealing for urgent blood donation and financial help for his treatment.

The 28 year old became a social media sensation after His video collecting fare in a Supermetro mat went viral and people could not help but wonder whether he is really a makanga subject to his looks.
Mwangi holds a Degree in Catering but lack of employment pushed him to work as a tout earning around 700-1000 Ksh daily.
