Bonfire adventures cofounder Sarah Kabu has shared that women should not leave their husbands just because they are cheating.
In a post on social media, Sarah Kabu weighed in on the scandal involving a top politician in Equatorial Guinea.
Last week, videos started making the rounds on social media showing the Director of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), Baltasar Ebang Engonga engaging in sexual acts with more than 40 different women.
The women were eventually identified include the wives of prominent government officials, relatives, and personal staff.
Engonga, a married man with six children, reportedly shot more than 400 pornographic videos at his office in the finance ministry.
In her advice, Sarah Kabu noted that Engonga's Wife should not leave her husband just because he cheated. She added that the wife should remain calm and enjoy the other good things in her marriage.
"I repeat, no #virtuouswoman should leave her marriage because of cheating. Just be celibate or use protection in the marriage. Someone tell #Engonga's wife to stay calm and enjoy other good things on her marriage 💑.*
Earlier, Sarah Kabu had shared a video giving advice to women in marriages.
Her advice to women was to avoid letting cheating become the central reason to end a marriage. She encouraged women to focus on their own well-being and not obsess over their partner’s every move.
"Cheating should not be the reason we leave men or worry about our husbands. Let’s focus on bigger issues. When you become unbothered, that's when they start to worry about you. They want to see us praying and checking on them. Let men be who they were created to be."
