Digital creator and comedian Protus Wangamati has switched his role on Oga Obinna’s show from Mama Kaunty to Baba Kaunty after a Bamboo called him out last week.

The comedian has been known for cross-dressing and often wears makeup during the show.

In a post shared on his social media pages, the comedian said change is inevitable and permanent.

"change is inevitable growth is optional, koz their is nothing permanent except CHANGE," he wrote

A week ago, Bamboo advised him to stop cross-dressing. He encouraged the comedian to present himself as a man, saying he could still succeed in the industry.

The preacher told Mama Kaunty to stay on God's will, which would help him achieve the success he was building.

"There's a version of you that's without Christ, and there is a version of you that is in Christ. The version of you that's in Christ is the version you want. That's the version that brings success. The version of you that's without Christ is what makes you dress like a woman."

Fans on social media have congratulated the comedian for accepting change.

Rossete Momanyi: " 👏👏👏👏 may God take you to great heights. It takes humility to listen to wise counsel."

Brian Musitia: " Finally all praise to God for using Bamboo 🔥🔥🔥 am your fam since day one."
