Sarah Kabu has announced that she is dropping her husband’s name “Kabu” after divorce and will  rebrand to Sarah Mtalii.

"I'm rebranding my name, from tomorrow henceforth I'll be known as Sarah Mtalii or Sarah Njoki Nyaga for official purposes. I'll no longer be using the name Sarah Kabu. Bloggers, I want you to refer to me as Sarah Mtalii."

She shared that she still believes in marriage and one day she will get married again.

Watu wa Embu lazima nikuje homecoming, sasa mimi ni wenu. I still believe in marriage saa hii I am not good enough kurudi soko but one day nitarudi soko na hata mimi nitarudi kwa marriage tena. 

This comes after an online drama with Simon Kabu.

The strained relationship of the couple hit the headlines after a CCTV footage surfaced online where Sarah Kabu is alleged to be assaulting a woman. 

Simon Kabu came out and confirmed that his wife assaulted the nanny as shown in the CCTV footage.

Their online exchange did not end there as a few hours later, Sarah made a post asking for an update on her complaints made at the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on gender-based violence.
