Kenyan media personality, Oga Obinna has undergone eye laser surgery.

Taking to his Instagram stories, he stated that he underwent the laser surgery because his eyes get teary when he takes off his glasses and he is also shortsighted

“I am about to have a laser surgery. When I remove the glasses. My eyes start to tear. Then also, I am very short-sighted. I see blurry things,” he said.

Obinna stated that his surgery was successful and after a few hours he noticed some improvements in his eyesight.

"I just read what was on that screen and that is something I could not do. I slept for about three hours after the surgery when I came back home, and my eyesight is back."

The media personality went on to state that he intended to go get the surgery done in Turkey as he was not aware that the service was available in Kenya.

"Initially I had planned to go to Turkey to get the surgery done there, and then I discovered it is available here in Nairobi."

He shared that the process took 30 minutes and was completely painless.

“Wueh! was so scared before this however I did it Scared and immediately realized I was scared for nothing. Painless and very quick. Sasa naona nikioa," said Obinna.
