Brian Chira's grandmother sparked backlash after sharing plans to move out of a house TikTokers built in honor of her grandson.
The Grandma claimed that the area where she lives is prone to insecurity. She also said that they were a distance away from the main road, and she was open to moving to a container house nearer to the road.
After facing backlash, Chira’s grandmother went live on TikTok, noting that she would not sell the house.
She claimed she was open to the idea of Tiktokers building her another house somewhere else or constructing an electric fence for her.
Having lost her grandson last year in a tragic road accident, the elderly woman emphasized the importance of TikTokers—who stood by her in her time of grief—continuing to check on her and visiting frequently.
