Arvantone artist VJ Patelo and his lover Diana tied the knot over the weekend and the joyful ceremony is trending on social media.
Videos of the wedding, which took place at beautiful Naiposha Gardens, continue to circulate online.
While Patelo wore a tuxedo appropriate for the occasion, he opted for a laid-back twist.
His shirt was untucked, fingers adorned with layers of gold rings, and multiple silver chains hanging from his neck.
Patelo and his crew could be seen sipping on drinks inside the limousine en route to the venue.
By the time he was walking down the aisle, the groom appeared slightly intoxicated, but still composed enough to see the moment through.
The groomsmen arrived at the venue in a black limousine, dressed in black suits, tuxedo shirts and bow ties, but it was the guests adorned in flashy knock-offs and street fashion, set against the lavish wedding set-up and location, that captured the fascination of people online.
Their street swag clashed and blended seamlessly with the lavish surroundings, creating a wedding vibe that was anything but traditional.
Their celebratory energy, though unorthodox, was authentic. Even guests seated nearby couldn’t help but admire the raw support these young men showed for their friend.
Kenyans on social media have expressed their admiration for the event and the break from tradition, with many terming the occasion as "realest wedding ever"
Lilian Awino: " This man is honest with himself. He knows who his REAL friends are and he didn't dump them along the way. The friends also sounds like the type who would move mountains for the groom. His wife is pretty too. ❤️ wishing them the best ❤️."
Joyce Mutua: " Romeo and Juliet congrats 🎉🍾 wedding of the year."
Candiestybae: " Homeboy alisema atakama ameomoka lazima akumbuke watu wake ghetto 😂😂😂I love it for them."

Congratulations to the happy couple.
