Kenyan musician Natalie Florence well know as Noti Flow has shared with her fans the recovery process of her ex girlfriend King Alami.
King Alami had a major fall from the seventh floor of a building along Thika road. She was then hospitalized and has been undergoing several surgeries.
In a Question and Answer session on Instagram, Noti Flow revealed that King Alami lost her right hand after the fall and it had to be amputated.
King Alami also broke her right leg and her left knee got dislocated. She is however coping well and accepting what happened to her.
Noti revealed further that Alami had undergone several surgeries but is recovering well and will soon be discharged from the hospital.
The singer said she does not know what transpired on the day of the accident as she was not there. The person who was with King Alami has since been arrested and police are waiting for Alami's recovery so that she can say what happened.
Noti also added that the two are not dating and their breakup was caused by trust issues.
The family of King Alami had initially asked for help to pay her medical bills which have skyrocketed due to multiple surgeries.
