Kiss FM radio presenter Oga Obinna bid his co-host Kamene Goro an emotional goodbye on her last show.

Obinna thanked Kamene for welcoming him to the station and the help she provided to enable him build his career in radio.

For 10 months that they worked together, Obinna said Kamene was a great friend and someone he could count on even when things were hard.

“Has it been 10 months already? Seems like last week.🥱😫.You welcomed me to @kiss100kenya and made my transition into morning Radio easy…accommodated my noise, drama, scandals, taught me how to be a baby boy😜, polished my lingua but above all you WAS my shoulder to lean on when everything was going south.”

The presenter said it was hard to say goodbye since Kamene was always there to lift up his mood and encourage him when he needed her the most.

"You were here each morning with warm hugs, smiles, encouragement and cute uncoordinated dances, Enyewe nothing lasts forever Let’s finish on a High… I wish you well and will always be a phone call away…mkiwachana na Afande Nipigie🤣🙈.One LAST show. 2023 imeanza na mbio mbaya I swear…#KAMENEANDOBINNA."

Kamene Goro joined kiss FM in 2019 after a controversial stint at NRG Radio. She has worked with Andrew Kibe and Jalango at the breakfast show.

The media personality has not disclosed her reasons for leaving the radio station or her next move.
