Tanzanian Bongo Star Diamond Platnumz has confirmed that he is no longer in a relationship with Zuhura Othman popularly known as Zuchu.
Sharing on Instagram, Diamond Platnumz said now he and Zuchu are like brother and sister and not lovers like many had expected.
"Kwa pamoja na Zuhura tunaomba tuwataarifu ya kwamba kwa sasa sisi ni dada na kaka na si wapenzi kama ilivyokua ikidhaniwa ama wengine kujua (Me and Zuchu want to inform you that for now we are like brother and sister unlike before)...mnaruhusiwa wachumba na wake ama waume kwa tutawaridhia...lakini muwe na vibarua vinavyoeleweka sio mje kutuchuna maana atuhongi hovyo."
Earlier today, The Sukari hitmaker, Zuchu, took to Snapchat to declare herself single, cautioning her followers not to tag her in any of Diamond Platnumz’s posts.

Diamond Platnumz took to his Insta story, posting a cryptic message that seemed to suggest that Zuchu had taken advantage of him. “Put your shawty first and watch her start taking advantage of you,” he wrote.
Shortly after that Tanzanian media personality Aliyah took it upon herself to claim the coveted title of Diamond Platnumz’s official wife. Just hours after rumors of a possible breakup between Diamond and Zuchu began to circulate.
Aliyah shared a video of herself getting down to Jay Melody’s Nitasema, complete with a caption that read “mke wa Naseeb Abdul”. Which is Diamond’s actual name.
Many are still wondering if Aliyah is the reason behind the breakup.
