Sol Generation singer Benson Mutua well known as Bensoul has confirmed that he is no longer in a romantic relationship with Noni Gathoni.


Speaking in an interview with Mungai Eve, the musician was asked about his relationship and he responded by quoting Harmonize's Song 'Single Again'.


Bensoul said that despite their breakup, they are still good friends and Noni is so supportive of his projects.


" I am single, do you know am single.. we ended things amicably.Well, love comes and goes. You try to work out things na mnafika point haiwezekani na that's life. Na ikaisha tu. Lakini sisi si maadui, bado tunasupportiana. Anasupport vitu zangu zote. We are good friends."


He further clarified that they didn't breakup because of his baby mama or the fact that he had a child with another woman while he was still in a relationship with Noni.

"Si hizo issues za baby mama. Hizo tulikuwa tushasolve, everything was good. Alikuwa msuportive na hizo vitu zote but hizi zingine ni issues tu za life."

In February last year,  Bensoul threw the internet into a frenzy following claims that he had impregnated a 22-year-old Tiffany Muikamba despite having a girlfriend, Noni Gathoni.

Noni made it clear she was not leaving Bensoul and would stick with him till the end. This, she did directly on social media and through subliminal posts on her Insta stories.
