Kenyan Socialite Huddah Monroe has revealed she will be taking legal action against people defaming her and tarnishing her brand.

Sharing on Instagram, Huddah Monroe made it explicitly clear that individuals who engage in spreading false information about her products will face substantial financial consequences for the damages caused.

Huddah Monroe stated that those responsible for spreading fake news, if found accountable, they would be required to pay a defamation settlement amounting to a staggering sum of Sh34 million.

She revealed that everyone regardless of their financial status, would be held liable for compensating her with their future earnings as a direct consequence of their actions.

"Even if you are poor you'll pay us all you earn for the rest of your life. I will live off of you even if you are in the slum."

The socialite expressed that she has invested significant time and effort in building her name and brand. She reiterated her unwavering determination not to tolerate any interference or tampering with her brand in the years to come.

"I have painstakingly built my reputation through hard work and perseverance. Are you someone who just entered the media industry and wants to shine by targeting Huddah?"

She firmly asserted that she would tenaciously pursue the matter until those responsible present verifiable facts to support their claims.

In a direct message to individuals who anonymously provide information to journalists, she declared that their time was up.

"Anyone who publishes anything about me and its lies without looking for facts you and your media house will be in court with me until you come out with the facts or pay me for the ten-plus years I've worked to be where I am. Gone are the days of smiling and letting it pass. It's time I fight for me till the day I die."
