Kenyan rapper Boutrouss Munene has accused UK based promoter Prince Otach of not paying him and making his life hard in the UK.

The problems seem to start when Boutrouss was taken to a dingy hotel irrespective of his fame and money. The promoter went ahead and refused to honor their agreement to take care of the Angela hitmaker and his team till 23rd. After giving an electrifying performance, Boutrouss claims he was not fully compensated for the totally sold out show.

According to the Kenyan rapper, the promoter did not even offer cars for him and his crew. He used his cash to finance his movements and used his connections to get interviews in major UK based media stations. Boutrouss and his management then organized for a show in Scotland, which did well. The promoter then called the club in Scotland demanding for some compensation since he is the one who facilitated Boutrouss’ UK tour.

In response, the promoter claims that Boutorouss Munene is talented but very green in the music business, thus, he does not understand how the music business works. He outlines that he has invested a lot of money to put up events and he requires Boutrouss’ cooperation for him to protect his investments.

“I cannot fly an artist from Kenya to the UK only for them to come and start arranging side events behind my back” He wrote.

He has even involved the lawyers to handle the Scotland show issue and online defamation by Boutrouss.
