Kenyan musician David Mathenge popularly known as Nameless has disclosed undergoing a vasectomy after three daughters.

Speaking in an interview with Vincent Mboya during the launch of Talanta Hela Initiative, Nameless said that he is satisfied with his three beautiful daughters and he is not looking forward to having another baby.

The father of three said he underwent  a vasectomy after the birth of his third daughter and he is contented and blessed.

"I have three daughters with the last one having clocked eight months. I won’t be having another one. I have gone for a vasectomy because I saw it prudent to take things into my own hands. At this time, three girls, I am happy with that, and we feel blessed."

Nameless shared that he does not feel the pressure to have a son and all that matters are healthy children no matter the gender.

Last year soon after the birth of his daughter with Wahu Kagwi, the musician found himself in a situation where fans put pressure on him to have a son.

In response, the musician said he is a happy girl dad and his legacy will be bringing up daughters who are humble and compassionate.

He further asked his fans to evolve from outdated traditions and to identify the parts of our culture that are unprogressive.
