Nigerian singer Burna Boy has apologized to his fans in the Netherlands for cancelling the Love Damini concert.
The African giant was supposed to give an iconic display on June 17th 2023 in Netherlands at the Gelredome Arnhem stadium which has a capacity of 41,000.
The Grammy winner, who had already sold out the event left fans waiting for hours only to cancel the show later.
On Instagram, Burna Boy said the show was cancelled due to a number of reasons and he apologized adding that he was anticipating to perform for his Dutch fans.
He continued by saying his amazing team had been hard at work trying to salvage it but they couldn’t do it in time.
The show has now been rescheduled for 23rd July 2023.
Recently, Burna Boy made history as the first African artist to headline a UK. With 80,000 fans in attendance, the atmosphere was electrifying as the crowd eagerly awaited the show, social media posts were evident.
Burna Boy commanded the stage, surrounded by a multitude of energetic dancers who added an extra flair to the performance.
