Reverend Victor Githu has addressed critics who questioned his actions of sending his mother while preaching.
In a video doing rounds on social media platforms, the 13 year old preacher is heard sending his mother to get water and without hesitation, his mum gets up and comes with a glass of water. This happened amidst Victor's online preaching session.

Subject to his tender age, people were quick to criticize him saying that he should respect his mother while others made fun about the entire scenario.
Reverend Victor has defended his actions and urged Kenyans to understand the context of the video. On his Instagram page, the Reverend wrote he was in the middle of a preaching session and his throat got scratchy.

Further, he said he was not feeling well since his hand was hurting. This prompted him to send his African mum and since he used the word 'tafadhali', which is a courteous word, he thinks that fans should be understanding.
Victor notes that it was not appropriate for him to leave the people hanging whereas his mother had given him the permission to send her.
The Reverend also informed his fans that this does not always occur because he has no mandate to send his mother unless he is doing something important.

His preaching has earned the young preacher praises among his social media followers.
