Mugithi singer Peter Miracle Baby has shared on what led to the fall of Gengetone Group Sailors Gang which comprised of Peter Miracle Baby, Shalkido, QoqosJuma, Masilver and Lexxy Yung.

In a video shared by their former manager Mwalimu Rachel on social media, Peter Miracle Baby admits to the group signing a contract with cartels not knowing it would lead to their downfall.

After years of speculations and many accusing Mwalimu Rachel of stealing from the group, miracle baby has now revealed that there was a bigger force that was determined to end Sailors Gang music career.

" There is this group of people who call themselves cartels. They sat down while abroad and discovered that their music has a wide reach in Africa apart from Kenya. After research they realized there is a group of young Kenyan artists who are releasing very good music wanajiita Gengetone."

The cartels approached Sailors with promises of support. They offered to cover the costs of studio sessions and music videos, enticing the young artists with the prospect of fame and fortune.

Faced with the allure of financial backing, the group reluctantly signed agreements, hoping to elevate their careers and secure their financial future.

" They asked the other guys if they wanted money, they agreed to cover all costs and send cash by the end of each month. We also wanted the money so we signed the contract."

Mwalimu Rachel revealed that Sailors Gang signed the contract behind her back and now that things have fallen apart, the truth has been revealed.

She added that sailors gang should stop blaming the cartels since they got greedy and impatient and accused her of stealing Ksh 15 million  per month from them.
