Milele FM radio presenter Ankali Ray found himself in an unpleasant situation with Citizen TV news anchor Mashirima Kapombe.
Ankali Ray who is known for calling celebrities and enquiring more about their personal lives, decided to call Mashirima Kapombe who keeps her personal life very private.
The phone call interview did not go as expected since at first Mashirima was upset with Ankali calling her shemeji.
The term shemeji is commonly used to refer to a brother-in-law or sister-in-law in certain contexts. Unfortunately, Mashirima took offence to being addressed by that title and promptly requested to be referred to by her official name instead.
Ankali then proceeded to compliment Mashirima on her beauty and inquired about her relationship status.
The upset Mashirima responded by saying Ankali Ray was wasting her time and ended the phone call abruptly.
