Edday Nderitu, the wife to popular Mugithi singer Samidoh Muchoki, has confirmed that they are no longer in a romantic relationship.
The mother of three shared the news on social media disclosing that she is not in a polygamous marriage with the musician and his baby mama, nominated senator Karen Nyamu.
Edday Nderitu said she left the relationship so that her husband could be with whoever needed him more.
She shared that her husband and his lover displayed unbelievable behaviour and she had to remove her children from the toxic environment especially her teenage daughter.
Edday who is currently in the United States with her children, said she has managed to sustain her three children without any help from their father and she does not regret the decisions she made.
Her wish is to live peacefully in this new season of her life, without any drama and without her name being dragged in any drama sorrounding Samidoh and his baby mama.
Edday moved to the US on 2nd May with her children. Weeks later, she unfollowed Samidoh on Instagram raising serious concerns about their relationship.
In February, Edday shared a long post after her husband was captured in photos with his baby mama nominated senator Karen Nyamu Even after she declared that she had ended the relationship.
Edday expressed her disappointment and frustration with her husband's actions. She revealed that their marriage has been full of ups and downs over the past 15 years and that the past three years have been particularly painful.
Edday went on to relay her disappointment with her husband's behaviour despite supporting his talent and how it has affected her and their children. She made it clear that she will not tolerate a polygamous marriage.
