Former Inspector Mwala Actor Tony Sherman has appealed for help after being broke for a long time.
Speaking in an interview with 2mbili TV, Tony said he has been struggling with life, things have become difficult and he is just trying to live a day at a time, which is also difficult with the current economy of Kenya.
The actor revealed that he has featured in several TV shows including some shows in Maisha Magic and Shomax.
He however shared that although he was well known in Inspector Mwala, he wasn’t been paid that hefty salary, he joined Ebru Tv and became an actor at Kortini show, playing the role of the DCI the pay was not good and he was receiving ksh 2,000 per month for the role.
This money couldn’t even sustain him. He was living at a house in Kangemi, whose monthly rent was ksh.3000, meaning the salary couldn’t pay his rent , thus he was living beyond his means.
The work was draining but the payments were very heartbreaking. He therefore decided to quit acting in the beginning of 2023. Tony has been struggling with life.
He revealed that he hasn't paid rent in a while and he he is struggling to feed himself.
" I am really suffering, things are so hard huwezi ata Kula."
He shared that life is tough since he is popular yet he is super broke. He is living in debt and his wish is for fans to help him with a job or any kind of help.
