NTV's Teen Republik Host Azeezah Hashim has been selected to replace Willis Raburu on Citizen TV's 10 Over 10 Show. She will be hosting the show with Africa’s Mega Hype Man Gudah Man.
Azeezah left NTV over the weekend, after two years of service. Azeezah hosted her last show on Teen Republik on August 12, 2023 –bidding goodbye to her viewers and fans for the support they have accorded her.
“I don’t know how to even break this because I woke up today and cried severally, and to ever watch right now Today is my last show on Teen Republik. For the last two years, we have doing our best and it’s been quite an amazing learning journey. It’s been a whole 360- the first show my wig fell off and on my last show the wig fell off as well."
She thanked NTV Management for thanking a chance on her as the host of Teen Republik.
"I would like to say that I appreciate the support that I got, I have grown a lot by being at Nation Media Group. My bosses have taken a lot of chances on me. They have trusted me with a lot of things that would not be given to someone of my age and I don’t take it for granted."
Without revealing her next move, Azeezah said she would be taking a break but will return with something bigger and better.
In June, Willis Raburu announced his exit from Royal Media Services (RMS) after 13 years.
The 10 over 10 show host extended warm gratitude to RMS and his colleagues. Willis said the journey at RMS offered him opportunities to learn new things and meet great people.
Days later, he landed a job as governor Sakaja's Communications Director, responsible for managing press relations and developing contacts with media members and influencers.
