Kenyan content creator Kelvin Kinuthia has responded to the question on his sexual orientation and gender identity.
In a question and answer session with fans on social media, a fan asked if he was gay due to his display of crossdressing skits which he usually posts on social media.
“Are You Gay ” the Fan asked to which he responded with a cryptic playful message that seemed to suggest that he had sailed the waters of being asked such questions.
“Huyu bado anauliza heeh, Huyu nikama nikama ako enzi za early man” he answered.
Another fan also asked that if he was intersex or if he was just crossdressing for his brand. He responded with a question where he laughed off by asking what intersex meant.
“Are you an intersex or just dress that way for the brand” A fan asked. “Sasa intersex ndio nini” he answered.
Kelvin Kinuthia has faced previous inquiries about gender and romantic preferences, with people speculating about these aspects since the TikToker gained fame in 2021.
In a previous interview, he clarified that depicting female characters in his videos serves as a form of entertainment and is an integral part of his profession.
Kinuthia emphasized that he has never denied being male. Nevertheless, he firmly stated that he is not prepared to cease portraying female roles, as it constitutes his means of livelihood.
"I'm a man. But I said I can't stop doing the things I'm doing because people have interfered with me saying I'm doing that and I'm a man. That's what has brought me to where I am."
