On Instagram, Amira shared photos and videos of her new man identified as Osellu Nyalik, who is an engineer.
"New month, new day, new goals, new blessings, new opportunities," she captioned a post on Instagram.
The two have been hinting at a possible romantic relationship with comments on each other's posts on social media.
Amira and her ex-husband Jamal Roho safi officially called it quits this year with Amira sharing that she was finally free after finalizing their divorce.
The two aired their dirty linen online with accusations of cheating and abuse.
Jamal and Amira's relationship ended when Amber Ray came into the picture with the Matatu CEO moving in with the socialite.
Amira remained bitter with frequent social media outbursts showing her disapproval of Amber Ray as her co-wife.
In March, the businesswoman took to her socials to express how challenging it was to co-parent with Jamal.
She went ahead to reveal that she didn't regret leaving the Matatu boss, citing that her only regret was not leaving sooner.
