Mugithi singer Lawrence Njuguna Popularly known as DJ Fatxo has acquired a new mercedes Benz.
The artist shared a video of his new ride on social media. He revealed that the car is a gift to himself for conquering a tough year and for being a fighter.
"New month, new ride ... see God oooooh!It's been a tough year acha nijiliwaze na haka katoy for being a fighter," he wrote on Instagram.
His fans flocked the comment section with congratulatory messages.
DJ Fatxo hit the headlines early this year after a 22 year old interior designer Jeff Mwathi died in his house.
The DCI asserted Fatxo's innocence few months ago. According to the DCI, the DJ had no case to answer since he was not at the scene of the crime the during the incident.
In June, he released his highly anticipated song 'Ngatho'.
The jam is a Kikuyu thanksgiving song, where Fatxo thanks his God for helping him to overcome what seemed to be his end.
"My heart comes to thee while carrying thanks and praises for helping my heart rejoice again."
