Bahati and Diana Maria's manager, Sylvester is grateful to God for life after surviving a recent kidnapping.
Sylvester Addressed the incident on YouTube where he revealed that he was kidnapped a couple of days ago while taking a phone charger to his boss.
According to the young man, he had just dropped the singer’s daughter Mueni home when his boss asked him to grab his charger from the office and take it to him at home.
On his way, he met two men on foot and two others on a motorbike. The two men on foot hurriedly accompanied him into the car and ordered him to drive off at knifepoint.
The incident which occurred at around 11.30 PM unfolded at the entrance of an undisclosed Total Gas Station.
According to Sylvester, the drive was rough as the unmasked men kept reminding him to wait until they reach their destination. The other two on a motorbike followed them closely.
At some point, the men asked him to alight and he escaped the kidnapping narrowly after the car developed some mechanical issues along Thika road and the men had to flee using the motorbike.
The thugs took Sylvester’s phone, asked him for his PIN number. He reported the matter to the police and also reached out to Bahati for help.
