Stevo Simple Boy has left fans surprised after opening up on one of his childhood experiences. In a recent interview with Trudy Kitui, Stevo disclosed that he died and came back to life when he was little.
According to the musician, he was very sick and the medication he was taking failed to work.
He shared that his mother gave up and was convinced that he was dead but by God’s grace, he returned back to life.
“Jambo la kwanza mimi nikiwa mtoto mdogo nilikuwa nimegonjeka sana hadi nilifariki. Nilifariki by the way kupitia neema zake Mungu akanirejeshea uhai tena. Mama yangu mzazi alikuwa amenipeleka hospitali akagive up akasema huyu ameshaenda. Nikadungwa sindano nikapewa madawa hazikuwa zinafanya kazi lakini kupitia uwepo wa Mungu nikarudi back.”

Responding to the question on whether the resurrection affected his mental health, Stevo Simple Boy couldn't agree more with the interviewer.
"So from there that is how you got maybe affected [mental health] ama kuna pia after there kuna vile tena life ilikua…? Trudy asked.
"Ni hio tu nilikua affected na hio," Stevo Simple Boy responded.
Responding to those who mock him for his appearance, Stevo addressed them, saying, "Do not judge people; God knows why He created Stevo and blessed him with grace."
